It’s Only a Loan

I have been specializing in the reverse mortgage field since 2001. Over this time I continue to here the same questions all directed towards the perception that a reverse mortgage is the last resort. Many think that once you take out a reverse mortgage you can’t change it. Let’s clear this up once and for all. A Reverse Mortgage is just a Mortgage Loan. You still:

  1. Own your home,
  2. Can sell and move at anytime,
  3. Pay off the loan just like any mortgage (if you choose), and
  4. Leave the property to your heirs.

If you would like to learn about this loan, simply give me a call. I promise you an informative experience, just the facts none of that TV hype.
